Patient Assistance Program
A new free medication program for aging adults with chronic conditions, piloted in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. Patient eligibility criteria apply.
- Ages 55+
- Residence in St. Louis Region (8 counties included)
- Living under 300% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Limited Formulary: Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Asthma/Allergy
Emergency Relief Fund
ST LOUIS TORNADO VICTIMS
If you were impacted by the May 16 tornado in the Greater St. Louis Area, Rx Outreach is here to help. Through our Emergency Relief Fund, we are providing up to a 90-day supply of medications at no cost to those affected.
Blue Circle Health
If you're living with Type 1 Diabetes, Blue Circle Health can provide you with the support, services, and resources you need to manage this difficult disease - at zero cost to you. Patient eligibility criteria apply.
- At least eighteen (18) years old
- Check Blue Circle website for state eligibility
- Must speak English and/or Spanish
- Limited Formulary: Coverage for insulin, supplies, and continuous glucose monitors
